The University will hold an Annual Surplus Property Auction on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to about 5 p.m. at the University Distribution Center (UDC) located at 305 River Ridge Parkway, San Marcos, Texas.

Coming from Austin: I-35 Exit 207 (River Ridge Pkwy) on feeder road 1/2 mile till you come to a stop sign, turn right on River Ridge Parkway go about 3/10 of a mile we're on the left hand side as you pass the tower.

Coming from San Antonio: I-35 Exit 206 (Aquarena Springs Dr.) stay on feeder road for 1/2 mile till you come to a traffic light.  Pass the light come down 1 mile on the feeder road till you come to a stop sign, take a left under IH35 over-pass, continue til you come to another stop sign.  Come down about 3/10 of a mile we are on the left hand side as you pass the tower.

Items for sale may only be inspected on Friday from 9am to 4pm and on Saturday from 8-9 am the morning of the auction. The Auctioneer will be present on these dates and times for buyers to also register for their buyer’s number to participate in the auction.
